A video of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi filing his election nomination has been overlaid with an AI voice clone to falsely claim that he is resigning from the party. BOOM found that the claim is false; the original video shows him filing his nomination for the Lok Sabha elections from Wayanad, Kerala.
