AIA Engineering’s board to consider share buyback; share jumps 5%

AIA Engineering Ltd’s shares opened Monday at ₹4,418.70, and peaked at ₹4,699, gaining around 5%. This increase follows the announcement that the Board of Directors will meet on August 07, 2024, to consider a proposal for the company’s first-ever buyback of equity shares. AIA manufactures high-chrome grinding media, liners and diaphragms, collectively known as mill internals.
