AI-based e-commerce startup Graas raised $40 mn in funding

Singapore-based e-commerce solutions provider Graas (growth-as-a-service) raised $40 million as part of its ongoing Series A funding round. The round was led by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) called Galaxy, Performa, Integra Partners, Xander Group-backed Yuj Ventures and AJ Capital. Part of the capital was used to acquire Pune-based Shoptimize and SELLinALL, a Southeast Asia marketplace expert.
