AIIMS Darbhanga to be operational by 2024: BJP in poll manifesto

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Darbhanga will be operational by 2024, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said while announcing the BJP's poll manifesto for Bihar assembly election. The BJP has promised free COVID-19 vaccination for everyone in Bihar as soon as it's available after ICMR's approval. The party has also promised 19 lakh jobs in the state.
