AIMIM becomes 1st political party to have official TikTok account

The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) has become the first political party in India to have an officially verified account on TikTok, a social media app used to create and share videos. The party's account has 8,500 followers and over 60,000 likes on around 70 videos uploaded on the app. The AIMIM, headquartered in Hyderabad, is headed by Asaduddin Owaisi.
