AIMIM's Asaduddin Owaisi challenges Waqf Bill in Supreme Court

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Friday challenged Waqf Amendment Bill, 2025 in Supreme Court. He stated that the provisions of the bill "brazenly violate the fundamental rights of Muslims and the Muslim community". The bill was recently passed by both the Houses of the Parliament. Congress has also stated that it will challenge the bill in Supreme Court "very soon".
