Air Costa forced to shut shop after licence suspended

Vijayawada-based airlines Air Costa officially wound up operations after the Directorate General of Civil Aviation suspended its flying licence on Sunday. This comes three months after the airline suspended its flight operations over financial difficulties in March. Air Costa is the third regional airline whose operator permit has been suspended, besides Air Carnival and Air Pegasus.
