Air Force staffer arrested for spying for Pakistan, leaking sensitive data

Sumit Kumar, a civilian employee from Air Force Station in Assam's Chabua, has been arrested for allegedly spying for Pakistan. Rajasthan Police said he was in touch with Pakistani handlers since 2023 and shared sensitive information, including details of military bases, in exchange for money. He also helped Pakistani handlers make social media accounts on numbers issued in his name.
