Air India asks crew to share rooms during layovers, criticised

Several Air India employees and aviation experts have criticised the airline for asking cabin crew members to share hotel rooms during layovers. In a memo to employees, Air India said the directive applies to all crew members except cabin managers and executives with 8-9 years of experience. Employees alleged this denies them privacy and respite from fatigue between long flights.
