Air India Express plane's engine oil quantity drops dangerously after 50 mins, forced to return

An Air India Express plane from Kochi to Abu Dhabi was forced to turn back mid-flight after the crew detected a rapidly falling oil quantity in one of the engines, with oil pressure entering the danger zone. The Boeing 737 aircraft, flying at a 36,000-ft altitude, was 50 minutes into the flight. Pilot and co-pilot later shut the engine down.
