Air India plane's Ram Air Turbine had deployed before crash: Reports

Audio and video of the June 12 Air India plane crash indicate deployment of the flight's Ram Air Turbine or RAT, reports said while citing experts. RAT is a small propeller-like device which automatically gets deployed in any of the following three scenarios- massive electrical failure, massive hydraulic failure, or dual engine failure. The crash killed around 270 people.
