Air India refunds ₹5.2 lakh to Indian-American CEO after his 'worst 1st class cabin' post

An Indian-American passenger has revealed that Air India refunded full amount for his first class ticket after he posted about his experience on social media. "It was $6,300 (₹5.2 lakh) one way," Anip Patel, CEO of CaPatel Investments, said in his video. "The worst first class cabin I've ever been on...Unclean, with leftover food...still in the cabin," he had said.
