Air India replacement flight carrying passengers stuck in Russia departs for US

Air India's replacement flight, carrying 232 crew members and passengers, has taken off from Russia's Magadan for San Francisco, the airline said. Air India sent the aircraft to Russia to pick up passengers on Delhi-San Francisco flight, which was diverted to Russia after an engine glitch. "Flight expected to arrive at SFO at 0015 Hours on June 8," it added.
