An air traffic controller who was found sleeping on the job in Australia's Brisbane had worked 10-night shifts in 12 days, which led to fatigue, an investigation by Australian Transport Safety Bureau found. The incident, which occurred in December 2022, didn't lead to any mishap. Following the incident, the overall number of air traffic controllers was increased in the country.
