Airbnb delays ChatGPT integration as Chesky says tech isn’t ready

Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky said the company wants to integrate ChatGPT into its platform but the tech is not ready yet. He told CNBC that the software development kit is not robust enough for Airbnb needs. The company currently uses Alibaba Qwen model and other chatbots as it continues to expand its own AI-powered tools.
