Airlines seek answers on Mumbai airport's plan to shift 265 flights to Navi Mumbai

Airlines have asked Mumbai airport operator MIAL to share independent consultants' reports on Terminal 1's structural safety and provide details of its redevelopment plan. This follows MIAL's now-deferred proposal to shift 265 weekly international departures from T2 to Navi Mumbai airport to accommodate domestic flights displaced by T1's redevelopment. Both airports are run by the Adani Group.
