Airlines seek Centre's help to stop shifting from Mumbai airport

Airlines have asked the Civil Aviation Ministry to intervene in a dispute with Adani-owned Mumbai International Airport Limited over plans to shift some international flights to Navi Mumbai during Mumbai airport's Terminal 1 redevelopment. The airlines committee says the proposed capacity reduction lacks adequate justification and has sought confirmation of existing slots.
