Airport limits hug time to 3 minutes in New Zealand

Dunedin Airport in New Zealand has put up a sign imposing a three-minute limit on hugs in its drop-off zone, adding "For fonder farewells please use the car park". Airport CEO Daniel De Bono called airports “hotbeds of emotion" and cited a study suggesting a 20-second hug is enough to get a burst of "love hormone" oxytocin.
