Airtel, Jio ordered to show 'TRAI-mandated packs' section to users

TRAI has ordered Reliance Jio, Airtel, Vodafone Idea and other telecom operators to create a prominent "TRAI-Mandated Packs" section on their websites and apps. It must appear as the first tab under prepaid recharge. The move will make mandatory 30-day, monthly and voice-SMS-only recharge options easier to locate. Telecom companies have been given 30 days to comply.
