Airtel Africa plans $2 bn London IPO for mobile money unit: Report

Airtel Africa, a majority-owned subsidiary of India's Bharti Airtel, planned an IPO ​of its mobile money ‌business that could raise between $1.5 billion and $2 billion, Bloomberg reported. The listing could value ⁠Airtel Money at up ​to $10 billion, making it one of the largest IPOs on a European exchange in recent ​years. Citigroup is ​advising on the IPO.
