Airtel plan changes may lift revenue from each customer to ₹12 monthly

Airtel's withdrawal of its prepaid plans may raise average revenue per user (ARPU) by ₹4-12 per month, according to brokerage estimates, NDTVProfit reported. Morgan Stanley estimated an ARPU increase of ₹8-12 and Citi estimated a rise of ₹4 while JM Financial estimated a ₹5-6 rise. This comes after Airtel discontinued its prepaid plans of ₹299, ₹579, ₹619 and ₹649.
