Ajay Bijli says PVR INOX is betting on smaller cities

PVR INOX Managing Director Ajay Bijli told The Media Room that 15 crore people visited the company’s cinemas as it returned to profit. He said the chain is focusing on asset-light cinemas, franchise models, lower-cost screens, smaller towns and affordable ticketing as Indian audiences return to theatres.
