Ajay moves HC against FDA notice on Vimal Elaichi ad, calls it 'empty formality'

Ajay Devgn filed a petition before Bombay High Court against show-cause notice issued to him by Maharashtra's FDA over 'Vimal Elaichi' ad, calling it "mere farce and empty formality". He added that FDA treated the ad as promotion of 'Vimal Pan Masala' without considering his explanation, making the notice "premeditated and predetermined". HC will hear his petition on November 4.
