Ajit Agarkar wants to step down as chief selector, writes to BCCI: Report

Ajit Agarkar has informed BCCI he intends to step down as chief selector when his term ends on October 4, Hindustan Times reported. A BCCI official told Hindustan Times that Agarkar had asked BCCI in February to look for alternatives at end of his term. BCCI hasn't yet announced his exit, with Secretary Devajit Saikia saying a decision is pending.
