Akash Deep handed 15-day rest; out of Champions Trophy contention

Indian fast bowler Akash Deep recently provided an update around his fitness after he was forced to miss the fifth BGT Test in Sydney due to back injury. Speaking with PTI, Akash Deep said, "I was advised to off-load for 15 days. I am following the advice of NCA and once they instruct me to start bowling, I will do."
