Actor Akshay Kumar was the first to receive the invitation card for actress Asin Thottumkal and Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma's wedding on January 23, 2016. Asin took to Instagram where she shared the wedding card's picture along with a reference to Akshay as "the best man at the wedding." Akshay was reportedly the one who first introduced Asin to Rahul.
