Akshay Kumar's no-smoking ad pulled down from theatres after 6 yrs: Report

A no-smoking advertisement featuring actor Akshay Kumar, popularly referred to as the Nandu advertisement, has been discontinued after nearly six years, BollywoodHungama reported. The ad shows Akshay's character telling a man named Nandu to quit smoking and instead buy sanitary pads for his wife. The ad has reportedly been replaced with one which explains the positive impacts of quitting smoking.
