Akshay Kumar sends ₹25 lakh to Punjabi singer Glory Bawa over financial crisis

Days after Glory Bawa, daughter of Punjabi folk singer and Padma Bhushan awardee late Gurmeet Bawa, sought help from government and shared her financial ordeals on social media, Akshay Kumar sent her ₹25 lakh. "I don't have words to explain what it means to me...It'll definitely help me...But I want work, and have been asking for the same," said Glory.
