Al-Falah Group chairman sent to judicial custody in 2nd PMLA case

A Delhi court on Saturday remanded Al-Falah Group chairman Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui to 14 days of judicial custody in a second PMLA case, linked to alleged fraudulent acquisition of ₹45 crore land using forged documents. He was arrested by ED on March 24 and remanded till April 17. Al-Falah University came under scrutiny after the 2025 Red Fort blast.
