Former MI6 spy Aimen Dean called it absurd on the podcast that al-Qaeda condemned ISIS for going too far, describing it as one criminal calling another criminal. If anything, al-Qaeda is more evil, he argued, because it gave birth to ISIS and built the path that made the group's existence possible.
