Alaska Airlines orders 110 Boeing jets to expand fleet
Alaska Airlines announced its largest aircraft order ever, agreeing to buy 105 Boeing 737-10 jets and five 787 widebody aircraft, with rights to purchase 35 more 737-10s. The deal extends deliveries through 2035 and expands Alaska Boeing orderbook to 245 planes. The 787s will support long-haul international growth, and the airline expects its fleet to surpass 550 aircraft by 2035.
