Albanian PM Edi Rama drops to one knee for Italy's PM Giorgia Meloni, does 'namaste'

Albanian PM Edi Rama dropped to one knee as he met Italy's PM Giorgia Meloni at the Ukraine Recovery Conference. He was also seen folding his hands for a namaste gesture. The fourth Ukraine Recovery Conference, being held in Rome, is dedicated to swift recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine amid its war with Russia.
