World number three Carlos Alcaraz ran and faked shots during a medical timeout taken by his opponent Felix Auger-Aliassime during their match in the third round of 2024 French Open. The crowd cheered in reaction to Alcaraz's shadow-hitting. Alcaraz was also seen laughing after doing shadow-hitting. He won the match with a scoreline of 6-3, 6-3, 6-1.
