Alcohol ban cannot be imposed everywhere: Sushil Modi

Bihar Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi on Sunday said prohibition on alcohol cannot work everywhere as it did in his state. Speaking on recent hooch incident in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, he said the incident was unfortunate and should not be linked with the feasibility of the idea of prohibition. He said alcohol consumption wasn't a "taboo" in several states.
