Videos showed algae resurfacing in Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool after US President Donald Trump's administration's multimillion-dollar fixes. Trump earlier criticised his predecessors Barack Obama and Joe Biden's efforts to fix the site, wrongly claiming they spent "hundreds of millions of dollars". An Interior Department spokesperson said the current algae is "residual" from supply lines.
