Ali Khamenei to be laid to rest in Mashhad after funeral processions in 3 Iranian cities

Iran has announced that funeral processions for late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei will be held in Tehran, Qom and Mashhad. A senior Iranian official said that authorities are preparing for around 2 crore mourners in Tehran. Khamenei, who was killed on the first day of war, would be laid to rest in Mashhad in accordance with his will.
