Alia Bhatt joins Tumbbad 2 shoot with Sohum Shah, Nawazuddin

Alia Bhatt has joined Tumbbad 2 alongside Sohum Shah and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Her casting was officially announced in July 2026, while details about her character remain under wraps. Nawazuddin has also started a fresh shooting schedule in Satara. The horror sequel, directed by Adesh Prasad, is currently scheduled to release in theatres on December 3, 2027.
