Alibaba unveils new AI model that creates 3D worlds in real time

Alibaba has unveiled Happy Oyster, an AI world model that can generate 3D environments from text or images, with lighting, gravity and character motion remaining consistent over time. Users can switch camera angles, direct characters and alter storylines in real time. The company said it can be used to create playable worlds, films and storyboards.
