All accused in 2012 Bander coal block case acquitted, Delhi court slams CBI's probe

A special Delhi court acquitted all accused in the 2012 Bander coal block case, including former Congress MP Vijay Darda and ex-Coal Secretary HC Gupta, among others. It was alleged that the block in Maharashtra was illegally allocated to AMR Iron & Steel Pvt Ltd. The CBI failed miserably, as there wasn't even an iota of evidence, the judge observed.
