All parties informed about security lapses that led to Pahalgam terror attack: Rijiju

After an all-party meeting called on the Pahalgam terror attack ended, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju said IB and MHA officials informed the parties about the security lapses that caused the attack.
