People on hantavirus-hit ship declared 'high-risk contacts' after being allowed to return to their nations

All passengers on the cruise ship hit by a hantavirus outbreak are considered high-risk contacts as ​a precautionary measure, the European Centre ⁠for Disease Prevention and Control said. Europe's public health agency said the passengers without symptoms will be repatriated for ​self-quarantine via specially arranged transport. Eight people have fallen ill on the ship, including three who died.
