All polluting factories in Delhi to be sealed without notice: Govt

Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa warned that all polluting factories in Delhi will be sealed without notice as part of an extensive drive starting Monday. "They have already been given enough chances," he said. Industries which fail to apply for OCEM (Online Continuous Emission Monitoring System) by the December 31 deadline would also face action, he added.
