All raw meat shops to be shifted out of Haridwar ahead of Ardh Kumbh

Ahead of Ardh Kumbh Mela next year, Haridwar Municipal Corporation said all raw meat shops will be removed from the urban area and relocated to the nearby Sarai village. Municipal Corporation has constructed 57 shops in Sarai village for it. There's already a ban on sale and consumption of meat, liquor, eggs within a five-kilometre radius of Har Ki Pauri.
