Allahabad HC orders demolition of 2 Ghaziabad towers, FIR against promoter

Allahabad High Court ordered demolition of two towers and two floors each of four others at Gulmohar Greens society in Ghaziabad for violating UP Apartment Act. Court directed FIR registration against the promoter for fraud, ₹25 lakh penalty to RWA, ₹50,000 to each petitioner from GDA, and disciplinary inquiry against a former GDA vice-chairperson.
