Allahabad HC orders FIR against Rahul Gandhi in dual-nation citizenship case

Allahabad High Court on Friday ordered an FIR against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi in the dual-nation citizenship case. The court overturned a special MP/MLA court's verdict that had earlier rejected a plea seeking an FIR against Rahul over alleged British citizenship. It directed the Uttar Pradesh government to carry out the investigation or hand it over to a central agency.
