Allahabad HC stays CJP member's arrest for making school's video

The Allahabad High Court has stayed the arrest of Gaurav Kumar, a Cockroach Janta Party member, after an FIR was registered against him for filming a video of a government school in Uttar Pradesh. According to the FIR, he had "illegally prepared a video of the institution and misrepresented its condition." He filmed the school as part of CJP's campaign.
