Allahabad HC stays Swami Avimukteshwaranand's arrest in sexual harassment case

Allahabad High Court has granted relief to Swami Avimukteshwaranand by staying his arrest in connection with an alleged sexual harassment case registered at Jhunsi police station. The FIR was filed following allegations that two minor boys were sexually assaulted at his religious camps over the past year. Swami Avimukteshwaranand had moved Allahabad High Court this week seeking anticipatory bail.
