Almost quit 'Peddi' due to cancer, but makers waited for me: Shiva

Shiva Rajkumar revealed that he had almost quit 'Peddi', starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, due to his cancer diagnosis and treatment. He recalled, "I thought, 'Shall we cancel?' But [director] Buchi Babu said, 'No, we want you'." He added, "It's so sweet of them, and they waited for me for a long time. I'm very thankful."
