Tony Fadell, Founder and CEO of Alphabet subsidiary and smart home devices maker Nest Labs on Friday stepped down as the CEO of the company. Fadell will join Google Co-founder and Alphabet CEO Larry Page as an advisor. Marwan Fawaz, who has previously worked with Motorola Home, Charter Communications and others, has been named the new CEO of Nest Labs.
