Altman recalls 'hair-raising moment' with Musk, says 'He wanted OpenAI to pass to his kids'
During proceedings in Elon Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI and its CEO Sam Altman, the latter recalled a "hair-raising moment" he had with the former. "My co-founders asked, 'If you have control [of OpenAI], what happens when you die?' He said, 'Maybe it should pass to my children'," Altman said. He added that Musk also wanted OpenAI to become Tesla's subsidiary.
